This time, the spinoff will follow a young President Snow as its protagonist. As fans of The Hunger Games know, as an adult, President Snow was a clear villain and ruthless killer. There were no redeeming qualities about the man who thrived in sending children to their death, made an enemy out of teenage Katniss Everdeen, and hijacked Peeta Mellark.
