Jordan stepping in to take over the franchise, while allowing Rocky Balboa to still exist in this universe. That might not be possible with Rambo, who was first introduced in 1982. Especially if Sylvester Stallone kills off the character. There are plenty of missions we didn't get to see John Rambo go on throughout the years, so a complete reboot isn't out of the question. But who would take on such an iconic role?
