Director Shawn Levy wanted to make sure the film's creative team did justice to the classic yellow-and-blue Wolverine costume.

Deadpool is joining the Marvel Cinematic Universe, and he will be accompanied by Wolverine, who will be wearing his iconic yellow and blue costume.
Director Shawn Levy put a lot of effort into getting Wolverine's costume just right for Deadpool 3, although there are some slight differences from the comic version.
The upcoming sequel will also feature other characters from previous Marvel films, although Levy didn't want to give away any spoilers.
